Customer Service Agent with Czech & Slovak - Warszawa

We are currently seeking people for our team in Warsaw as a Customer Service Agent with the Czech and Slovak language.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • after-sales helpline service related to the technology industry,
  • live-chat and email service for clients,
  • data-entering into systems.


We are looking for people who:

  • are fluent in both Czech and Slovak,
  • speak English at a communicative level,
  • are able to think analytically and acquire knowledge easily,
  • are interested in technology or graduated from technology-related studies,
  • are responsible, meticulous and independent,
  • are open, positive and not afraid of challenges.
