Currently, for our client, one of the fastest growing airlines, we are looking for people for the position of:

Your tasks:

  • Handling incoming calls and email correspondence in English;
  • Providing information for passengers regarding flights schedules;
  • Handling outbound calls related to schedule changes or other airline issues;
  • Supporting passengers at every stage of their journey;
  • Supporting passengers with their special needs;
  • Handling the airline's customer complaints process.

 

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the English language at B2 level or higher;
  • Communication skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and look for solutions;
  • Availability for a minimum of 140 hours during project working hours (24/7 on 3 shifts);
  • Accuracy in performing assigned tasks.
