CCIG’s address in Tarnow is Kochanowskiego street nr 32, in the Active Business Area, where the company will occupy a space of over 750 m². – Our investment is supported by the town council. The location has already been adapted by the Industrial Cluster of Tarnow from whom we rent the building, to the standards and specifications needed in the call center industry, and the Job Centre is open to the possibility of cooperation. We’re counting on that, among other reasons, to be why Tarnow will become for CCIG – an outsourcing representative – a very attractive place on our geographical map – adds Marek Kurzyk, Chief Financial Officer at Call Center Inter Galactica.
CCIG will be in Tarnow from the 1st of July 2016, focusing at the beginning on services for current contractors, but with the aim of being able to carry out projects for all members of the CCIG group. That is why, already from the start of the summer, the company will begin to recruit for the roles of Telephone Customer Advisor, Team Leader and Specialist of the support department (among others Trainer or Business Analyst) – In Tarnow we will have at least 100 positions available, which will mean we can work with up to 150 people. We don’t expect professional experience, because we invest in the development of our coworkers. It is enough to be enthusiastic, focused on the aims, with the desire to learn and the ability to talk to other people – says Magdalena Grzelak, Chief Marketing Officer at CCIG, inviting people to work with CCIG.
The opening in Tarnow is the next step in the strategy of the CCIG group (owner of Call Center Inter Galactica) – after the acquisition of Call Center Poland in January – in building their position as the unquestioned leader of the Polish call center market – Today we have around 1200 consultant positions, we cooperate with over 2000 Telephone Customer Advisors, 200 managers and specialist and the branch in Tarnow will increase the scale even further – Marcin Kapralski summed up.
