Recruitment process?

Hooray! You've got your first job

We understand perfectly that combining your first job with studying is a challenge. Which is why we appreciate the fact that as a student you are already thinking about your future.  We will do everything we can to make this new start easy for you!
1. A STEADY RATE PER HOUR
For each hour you work you will receive 13zł gross – no matter how many hours you work. It is simple: if you work 100 hours you get 1300zł.

2. BONUSES AND COMMISSION
Apart from your guarenteed hourly rate, each month you can work to get bonuses and commission for results and successes connected with the tasks of a certain project.  You can also take part in sales and motivational competitions to win prizes or money.

3. 1 month = 2 pay days
We pay twice a month – the hours you have worked are paid by the 7th of each month and the bonuses for successes are paid by the 21st of the month. We always pay on time.

4. PREPARING FOR THE ROLE
We don’t expect you to have professional experience – thats what you’ll be getting working with us.  First you’ll take part in a professional series of Uknow trainings, where you’ll find out everything about the products and services of the company that you’ll be representing, aswell as learning how to interest the customer and take care of their needs. You’ll also find out about modern sales techniques, how to discuss, negociate and get round objections.  During your everyday work you can also count on competency workshops, coaching and the ongoing support of Managers and Trainers.

5. BECOME AN EXPERT
Even someone who is shy can become a super salesperson! As a Telephone Customer Advisor, during each conversation, you’ll gain self confidence and learn effective communcation and negociation skills.  Thanks to this, within a short time you’ll become an expert.

6. RELAX
At each branch there is an area where we can relax, playing table football or PS3, or munch on the fresh fruit which is delivered twice a week.

7. SAVINGS
Each month you’ll have access to a new discount card with brands which are popular among young people.

8. WORKING WITH FRIENDS
