On the 4th of January 2016, a contract was signed on which CCIG Group – the 100% owner of among others Call Center Inter Galactica Sp.z o.o.- became the owner of a group of companies, whose main unit is Call Center Poland.

In the CCIG group, a key unit is Call Center Inter Galactica (CCIG).  This company has been specializing in effective acquisition and maintaining of sales as well as friendly customer service, among others through information lines, help desk, back office and complaints services for the last 14 years.

In gaining Call Center Poland, the group has increased the number of its branches to 13 – in Wroclaw, Opole, Kielce, Czestochowa, Gdansk, Gdynia, Zielona Gora and now – Warsaw and Rzeszow, in this way dramatically increasing the potential for business development.

There are a few important reasons why CCIG Group decided to go ahead with this acquisition. One of the key reasons is the active company policy aimed at keeping contractors and their clients satisfied.
